Hiiii, I’m Ayanna Bost-Greer (she/her), a brand designer, art director and 90’s R&B enthusiast based in Milwaukee, WI (MKE). With four combined years of in-house, agency, and freelance experience, my capabilities span across digital design, print production, brand identity, and motion design. As a self taught designer, I use my BA in Black Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to create stunning, impactful visuals that reflect the experiences of Black folks within the African Diaspora. By implementing methods such as storytelling and experimentation, my work often includes a bold color, conceptual imagery, rich textures, and playful shapes that effectively communicate powerful messaging.

Throughout my design career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies, including Lyft, NerdWallet, UW-Health, and EMPTY CART STUDIOS. I take immense pride in understanding each client's/company’s unique vision and objectives, translating them into visually captivating designs that effectively engage their target audiences.

In addition to design, I’m most passionate about exploring Afro-futurism and reimagining worlds where Black folks freely exist. As an R&B music enthusiast, artists such as Solange, Missy Elliot, and Doechii are the focal points of inspiration and have empowered me to push the boundaries of conventional design.

I’m currently open to both full-time and long-term contracting opportunities. Resume →
